Meet Kelly Abesdris - Founder + Creative Strategist

Kelly started her professional journey in hospitality at Winnipeg’s Fort Garry Hotel, where she learned the art of creating memorable experiences for guests, including high-profile names like Robin Williams, Shannon Doherty, and Kirstie Alley. She later moved west and built a career in sales and business development in the building materials industry, working with top suppliers and manufacturers and partnering with architects and designers on national specifications and project planning.

Along the way, Kelly discovered her passion: helping businesses not just perform, but thrive with clarity, structure, and intentionality. She’s been sought out to consult with musical artists on branding and digital presence, as well as building materials companies in Edmonton and Calgary - projects she was personally recommended for. These experiences inspired her to formalize her consulting work.

Drawing on 17+ years of experience, Kelly founded MTTE BLLK Agency to bring a strategic, creative, and practical approach to brands that need direction, alignment, and impact. She partners closely with clients to transform ideas into actionable growth - from brand strategy and digital presence to events, marketing campaigns, and systems implementation.
