Overview
The Summer Solstice Party was a curated networking event bringing together some of Calgary’s elite in real estate, home building, and design. Hosted at a stunning Bridgeland home designed by Paul Lavoie Interior Design (Designer of the Decade, Western Living) and built by Silverpoint Custom Homes, the event combined style, connection, and thoughtful curation.
The Goal
To plan and execute a relaxed yet elevated event that fostered meaningful connections among Calgary’s top professionals in real estate, home building, and design, while highlighting the home, design, and solar industries and creating a beautiful, inspiring environment.
Our Work
I collaborated with Nimji Real Estate, hosting and managing all aspects of the event while Nimji curated the guest list. Our work included:
- Planning and coordinating logistics for the stunning Bridgeland home and supporting vendors
- Partnering with Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary to showcase vehicles outside the home, adding an upscale touch
- Booking DJ Jadé to provide a sophisticated musical backdrop that enhanced the atmosphere
- Organizing catering with Fresh Kitchen to deliver a high-quality culinary experience
- Securing event rentals from Good Time Party Rentals to complete the elevated setting
- Curating the overall experience to encourage relaxed networking, conversation, and inspiration
Every detail was designed to ensure attendees could connect, enjoy the environment, and leave with new relationships and ideas.
The Result
The event successfully brought together Calgary’s elite in real estate, home building, and design in a memorable, relaxed setting. Guests experienced the beauty of the home, enjoyed curated music and catering, and left with new connections and inspiration - a true reflection of thoughtful planning and creative execution.
